To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Chest : 
  Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• Neck :
  Measure around the neck, just under the adams apple.
• Shirt Length:
  Take measurement from Top of back / bottom of collar band. Refer to size guide below.
• Sleeve Length:
  Take measure from centre of back, between shoulder blades, across to the back of the arm and down to desired length. Refer to size guide below.
